My Story
I have over 20 years of experience in the counseling/psychotherapy/holistic field. I work with adults and adolescents and provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy as well as EMDR Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. The following services are also available: Energy Healing, Reiki, Breath Work, Ear Acupuncture, EMDR supervision and consultation for EMDR trained therapists, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for Treatment Resistant Depression, Anxiety and PTSD.
My area of expertise is anxiety management and trauma resolution. I will work with you to help you overcome or manage your anxiety and panic attacks. I will also help you to process your past traumatic experiences that are currently causing severe distress and anguish and trigger you to overreact with negative behavior. I will help you rediscover your purpose and passion and to live a more joyful and fulfilled life.
